The VAC Executive Board consists of six local veteran leaders that are elected as officers to service for a specified period of time. Each board member holds a specific responsibility such as Chairman, Secretary, Provost Marshal, and Trustees. Together, they meet monthly and provide oversight for the short and long term operations of VAC and its staff. We meet at the VAC on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.

The membership of the Commission is composed of delegates from various local veterans service organizations such as:
Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW)
American Legion
American Veterans (AMVETS)
Catholic War Veterans
Meetings are held on a quarterly basis to discuss the efforts of their Veterans Service Organizations, legislative advocacy, representation of veterans, budget, and staffing considerations. These quarterly meetings are passed around throughout the veteran service organizations, on the third Wednesday of the quarter.
